Terms and Conditions
A
deposit of £25 per person is required when booking a room, this
deposit is not refundable if the booking is cancelled.
Rooms are available from 2.00pm on arrival and must be vacated by
10.00am on departure day.
PLEASE NOTE: No
allowance can be made if rooms are not occupied for the full period
of the booking or for breakfasts not taken.
 Smoking
is not allowed inside the guest house.
