DEPOSIT
A deposit
of £25 per person is required when booking a room, this deposit is
non refundable if the booking is cancelled
ARRIVAL
TIMES
Rooms are
available from 2pm, if you arrive early we are happy to store your
luggage until check in time. Rooms must be vacated by 10am on
departure day. If you anticipate arriving after 6pm please
telephone us and let us know your estimated arrival time
PAYMENTS
Payments
are due on arrival, we accept all major debit and credit cards
NON-PAYING GUESTS
Regulations only allow our paying guests access to our rooms,
therefore only paying guests are permitted in the rooms. Any
non-paying guests found in the rooms will be asked to leave
immediately regardless of the time. As this breaks the contract
between the B&B and the paying guest, the paying guest may also be
asked to leave.
DAMAGE
Any damage to bedrooms and contents are
to be paid for on departure
CAR
PARKING
As
we have limited parking, a space must be booked before your arrival.
If you are parked on the car park and blocking access to
others please leave you key in your room or with management. Any
cars parked are parked at owner own risk.
FAILING TO
ARRIVE/CANCELLATIONS
If you fail to arrive this is
considered as a cancellation and treated as such.
Guests are
reminded that a booking is a legally binding contract.
In the event of a cancellation less
than 7 days before date of arrival, the guest will be liable for the
whole amount of the booking and the credit card will be charged.
However, we will do our utmost. to re-let the room(s) and if we are
successful, will return all monies paid less the deposit.
We will make every effort to re-let the rooms. If the rooms are re
let then this will result in the loss of your deposit only
May we advise guests to consider travel insurance, designed to cover
unexpected and unforeseen situations
The B&B
reserves the right to cancel a booking forthwith without liability
on its part in the event of damage or destruction to the B&B by fire
or other causes.
No allowance can be made if rooms are
not occupied for the full period of the booking or for breakfast not
taken
Smoking is not allowed inside the B&B |
